RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Damages must be reported within 3 days of order receipt.
Return Policy
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any returned items must be un-used and in original packaging.
Returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Original shipping, handling, and insurance charges will NOT be refunded.
Returns must be pre-approved. You must receive a return authorization (R.A.) number prior to returning.
